This year, there were 12 walkers, and we visited Ambleside in Cumbria. After a dubious start with the minibus not being delivered (Budget driver had an accident), and an hour-long drive to Slough to pick up the bus, we made our speed-limited way north. A short walk on the hills outside Ambleside on the Thursday was followed by a horseshoe starting with Striding Edge on Friday, and Pike-a-Stickle (and some others I can't remember!) on Saturday.
Lots of pub time, and as usual the kitty was decimated!
